How to commission tiles?

Contact us with your initial enquiry and we will provide you with a free estimate. If accepted, the following design stage will involve the creation of the pattern, digital 3D visualization of tiles in your interior, and life-size drawing (if necessary). The final stage is the creation and delivery of the finished product to the client.

How to order samples?

We offer sample service in order to make the best decision about the choice of material. The samples can be ordered during the design stage to complement the chosen design.

Benefits of padded panels

The padded tiles are an excellent solution for soundproofing, insulation, and for concealing imperfections on the walls. The standard padded tiles already have excellent noise insulation properties. However, we also offer adding acoustic foam to our panels or can even create them from recycled acoustic panel boards. Aesthetic benefits include a softening look, a sophisticated feel and add character.

Benefits of glass tiles

Glass tiles make a statement in any room, by their reflective and luminescent qualities. They are durable and very easy to clean. From an environmental point of view glass is an eco-friendly material that is 100% recyclable.

How long does it take to create the tiles?

Depending on design and size, it would take approximately 4-6 weeks to create the tiles (excluding elaboration of design). However, we pledge to finish the commissions earlier, if possible.

Can designs be modified?

All our designs can be modified to facilitate each individual client’s requirements. We also offer a customised cut out service e.g. sockets, switches etc.

Do you provide installation guides?

Yes, we provide clear installation guides with our finished products. The glass tiles as would be the case for mosaic tiles, can be installed by any professional tiler. The padded tiles can be installed by any professional decorator.

Delivery and returns

We deliver the finished products nationally as well as internationally by reputable courier services. The shipping costs will be provided before the finished products are sent.

We don’t accept returns, because each project is made-to-order for a specific place and therefore cannot be resold.
